This was hands-down my best workshop yet! I was humbled by the overwhelming response and we sold out both batches with 35 seats each.

A finely-detailed calligraphy kit
I collaborated with The Sourcing Factory to put together the complimentary kits that students took home. It included a flex nib, a wooden holder, a little jar of sumi ink, a booklet with over 30 samples, and 3 types of guideline sheets to practice on. This time I finally found the time to also include calligraphed place-cards for each student.
The Sourcing Factory went above and beyond to ensure I had all the tiny little details just the way I wanted them. From little tags and sticker on the ink jars to this perfect nib packaging. They even replaced the plastic cups I would use for water with earthen kulhad.
A Sunday to remember
I had an amazing time sharing my passion with everyone and seeing them go from “How am I going to do this?” to “Hey, this is fun!”.
